Will you ever contact my client directly?
No. White-label means white-label. All communication runs through you — reports, questions, renewals, the lot. If your client ever needs to meet us, that's your decision to make, not ours.
What does the reporting look like?
Plain-language reports delivered under your brand. Headline numbers first, technical detail only if you or your client want it. Google Docs or Looker Studio, your colors, your domain. You present it as your own work because, in the way that matters to your client, it is.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month-to-month, always. If we're not earning your business every month, you walk. No exit fees, no penalties, no awkward conversations.
What if my client asks to meet "the Google Ads person"?
They meet you. We support from behind. If you ever decide you want to introduce us — for a technical conversation, a strategy session, whatever — that's entirely your call. We never push for that and never accept it without your sign-off.
Flat retainer per account, billed to you. You set what your client pays. The margin is yours to keep, structure, or scale as you see fit. We talk numbers on the first conversation — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
What platforms do you support?
On the e-commerce side: Shopify and WooCommerce — that's where we go deepest. For lead generation, we work across most landing page builders and CRM stacks — what matters there is conversion tracking, call attribution, and lead quality, not the page builder. Tell us what your client's running and we'll be straight about whether we can serve them well.
What if my client's account is already a mess?
That's usually how the conversation starts. The audit will tell us what's recoverable, what needs to be rebuilt, and what to honestly tell your client about expectations. If we can't help, we'll say so before any money changes hands.
